As most of you know, I’m currently in Heidelberg, Germany in pursuit of my PhD here at the German Cancer Research Center (or Deutsches Krebsforschungzentrum, DKFZ).

As such, I have left my teaching post at Ateneo for the next three years or so.

I just want to thank everyone that’s been part of my Ateneo life.. especially my students..

Also as an added help, THE LINKS TAB, contain links to various General Chemistry resources including on-line quizzes. You may use it to practice answering multiple choice type of questions.

[Chem 35.5] Lecture slides and some announcements!

Good day!

I have already uploaded lecture slides for Chapter 0-5. We will discuss Internal standard on Monday, as well as combination of Standard Addition and Internal Standard.

1. Please go over your calculator manuals to check and LEARN how to do linear regression with it. I will not have time to teach you this in class.

2. Make sure that you have a calculator that can do statistics AND linear regression on Friday. If you have to borrow someone’s calculator, DO IT. NO EXCUSES.

The slides for Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 are already uploaded in the Chem 11 tab. Included there is the set of slides for Colligative Properties and Colloids. Please go over through this section on the book so that we can discuss them quickly on Monday and Wednesday. Good luck on the long test!
